Early Orthodontics
In the scope of pediatric dentistry are the early recognition and intervention of developmental, skeletal and dental orthodontic problems. These problems, whether they are attributed to genetics or habits, may worsen with age. Early treatment may produce aesthetic results, lessen the need for treatment later, and prevent subsequent problems of the temporal mandibular joint.
The extent of treatment provided varies with every pediatric dentist's training. Dr. Wilson and Dr. Wenham have incorporated the training they received in their residencies and continuing education. This allows them to feel comfortable in treating many children's needs to full completion.
